Actress Lydia Forson has shown her surprise at Ghanaians voicing similar complaints now as they did during John Dramani Mahama’s administration.
For her, it is surprising that eight years after John Dramani Mahama, there appears to be no improvement in the nation’s governance.
Lydia Forson expressed this viewpoint in a social media post, suggesting that the nation appears to lack a guaranteed future.
“I’m genuinely in shock because we’re complaining about the same things we did 10 years ago. Are we the problem? Because how are we still complaining about the same things?”
Adding that “It’s like some of you don’t remember 2014,2015- the demonstrations, think pieces (mine included)etc. You don’t remember the pressure we mounted on Mahama. It’s hard to believe years later that we’re back here again, only this time it’s NPP in the hot seat. How did this happen?”
