Rev Ebenezer Obampour has given a strong warning to the Dormaahene, Osaagyefo Oseadeeyo Nana Agyemang Badu II, about his remarks on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
This issue has caused mixed reactions among people on the internet.
The Dormaahene recently spoke about Kofi Adomaa Nwanwani, the government’s free Senior High School (SHS) program, illegal mining known as Galamsey, and those accused of being involved.
He claimed that some influential traditional leaders were participating in Galamsey, and he commented on the Asantehene’s decision to grant higher authority to certain stools.
Rev Opambour thinks these statements are unsuitable for a traditional leader to make about another.
He urged the Dormaahene to be careful with his language, warning that such words could lead to division within the country.
