A young Ghanaian man is currently in the custody of the police after being stopped while attempting to board a flight from Kotoka International Airport that was headed for London.
The source claims that when the young man was observed crawling on the tarmac of the airport, representatives of Aviance, a terminal management business affiliated with the Ghana Airport Company, took action to have him arrested.
It went on to say that the officials were perplexed as to how he gained access to the tarmac and the airport.
They surmised that the young man, who had been taken into custody by the police, found his way onto the tarmac by using the Burma Camp road and navigating through the bushes.
According to the authorities, the juvenile was attempting to board a British Airways aircraft that was set to take off from Terminal 3 of Kotoka International Airport and land at Heathrow in the United Kingdom.
