Ghanaian actress and movie producer Yvonne Nelson has jabbed Gloria Sarfo, names her as part of the people who have hated her for a long time.
Yvonne Nelson has been ranting on social media for some time now about how the people in the entertainment industry hates progress and do not promote each other.
Yvonne Nelson, expressed her disappointment at her fellow entertainers for refusing to push her work.
“Ghanaian Entertainment industry = you’d have to actually tell people in the industry to push your work… they see it and ignore! I’m thankful the fans believe in me! After all I do this for the fans”, Yvonne tweeted.
This attracted a reaction from Movie director, producer and actor, Kobi Rana, who took Yvonne Nelson to the cleaners over her comments.
Award-winning actress Gloria Sarfo has weighed in on the comments made by Kobi Rana following Yvonne Nelson’s claims about hatred and jealously in the entertainment industry.
Yvonne seems unhappy with Gloria’s comment and she has publicly named Gloria Sarfo as one of such people who have hatred in the movie industry.
Yvonne Nelson who believed she had always been supportive did not mince words on how supportive she has been to the extent of even supporting producers who owed her cash.
She went on to talk about how she was left alone to face her challenges during her trying times in the industry when she was banned for a year from acting in 2010.
Yvonne expressed her displeasure with a number of tweets:
“Gloria safo, i just sent you a DM, you say most of you had this impression about me, which of you people supported me during my BAN in 2010, ahaaa…your hate didnt start today. I even promote producers who owe me money….”
“You can take your time and go through my twitter/facebook, i know y’all cant stand me. Ive known since i started acting charley. I hear all the stuff said behind my back, y’all see me and smile with me. I know you all”.
“i have introduced over 50 new faces through my productions.After premieres, events i delete various posts, alot of celebs do that. And just note, IG isnt the only social media platform. Im more active on twitter i promote people i dont even know”,Yvonne wrote.
Adding up she stated that Gloria Sarfo did not even read her tweet well to actually understand what she meant because she never mentioned actors.
