Ghanaian songstress Akosua Kwakye, popularly known as AK Songstress has disclosed why she has stopped going to church.
Speaking in an interview with Agyapa in the studios of Radio 100.7FM, AK revealed that she does not attend church because most of these churches are corrupt in nature and have lost their purpose as a church.
During the interview, the “Jonathan” hitmaker was asked if she attends church and how she combined church with her career.
“I am not a churchgoer but I believe in God. Most churches today have deviated from the gospel. They no longer teach the gospel so I don’t go to church. I was once a member of the C.A.C at Madina. When I find a better church, I will go but for now, they are corrupt and using the church for business”.
