Reportedly, Italian Serie A powerhouse Juventus has entered the bidding to capture Ghana sensation Kudus Mohammed.
Several European teams have been linked to the 22-year-old after his impressive play at the just-ended 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Kudus’s stock rose following his spectacular performance at the Arab world’s largest football competition.
The young striker has attracted attention from many top clubs, including Arsenal, Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Everton, and Liverpool.
Calciomercato claims that the Old Ladies scouted Kudus during the World Cup and are willing to pay 45 million euros to capture the Ghana star from Ajax in January.
Though the Black Stars were eliminated from the Mundial in the first round, Kudus remained a constant source of energy for the team.
The kid scored a hat trick and added an assist. Despite Ghana’s early exit from the world cup, Kudus has rejoined his Ajax teammates.
Kudus’s current contract runs through 2025, so he’ll have plenty of time to maintain his impressive form until the domestic season begins on January 8.
