Ricky Nana Agyemang, CEO of RuffTown Music, also known as Bullet, has revealed that the label is making arrangements to send their artist, Wendy Shay, abroad for medical treatment following her recent accident.
Wendy Shay, known for her hit song “Survivor,” was involved in a car accident on Kwabenya Road last Sunday. Fortunately, both she and her Personal Assistant, who was with her in the car, survived the potentially fatal accident despite damage to the vehicle.
Wendy was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment and has been hospitalized since then. According to Bullet, Wendy sustained a fractured nose in the accident, while her PA suffered minor injuries. Bullet also stated that Wendy is recovering well and will soon be discharged from the hospital, but the label is planning to arrange a thorough medical check-up for her.
Regarding the label’s next steps, Bullet revealed that they are in the process of organizing Wendy’s transfer to Germany, where she will receive additional medical care from professionals.
