Media personality Nana Romeo commended his colleague Nana Aba Anamoah for her kind-heartedness and dedication to enhancing the welfare of underprivileged people in society.
He observed that, even though she contributes, Nana Aba does not get the public acknowledgement she should.
Romeo mentioned that bad news about her would probably become popular on social media, leading to strong disapproval.
He urged the public to support celebrities for their positive acts and avoid sharing damaging rumors that could tarnish their reputation.
Romeo recounted instances of Nana Aba’s generosity, like supporting a former coworker in getting a job at GhOne TV and aiding a street vendor and a coconut seller in improving their situations.
“Nana Aba is someone who has helped many to succeed. A former colleague from a radio station in Obuasi was assisted by Nana Aba in securing a job at GhOne TV. Yet, in Ghana, when someone does something good, it often goes unnoticed, but negative news will quickly become widespread.
“We should avoid focusing on negative stories about public figures while ignoring their positive deeds. Nana Aba also helped a hawker find employment at Kasapa FM and supported a coconut seller in getting an education at IPMC,” he said on Accra FM.
