Asamoah Gyan, Ghana’s famous retired footballer, experienced a challenging moment while showing kindness.
He was handing out money to fans and workers gathered around his car.
The crowd was very excited, calling out a well-known line he once said in a food commercial.
In a video online, the excited fans surged towards him. Amidst this excitement, one person grew impatient and grabbed some of Gyan’s money.
Gyan, often called Baby Jet, was happily distributing money before this incident but became upset when it happened. He demanded the person return the money.
The scene was captured on video, showing Gyan speaking firmly in the local language, Twi.
“I hate foolishness, bring it” [the money he snatched from him].
The person eventually returned the money, and Gyan gave it to someone else. Such moments are common when celebrities give away things to street crowds.
