Award-winning singer, Efya Nokturnal, has called out Mobile Telecommunications giant, MTN Ghan,a following an attempt by some unknown and unscrupulous individuals to defraud her through her mobile money wallet.
Efya took to her X handle on social media and revealed that she received an alert on her phone asking her to authorise payment through her mobile money, which she had not initiated.
She posted screenshots as evidence of her claim after the failed attempt by the fraudsters to scam her.
She wrote;
“HOW IS IT THAT MTN FRAUDSTERS CAN SENT AN OTP!!!! LIKE WHAT !? HOW??? @MTNGhana ITS OUTRAGEOUS!!! YALL NEED BETTER SECURITY!! ITS GETTING OUT OF HAND !!”
She also shared the screenshots with the caption that reads;
