15 year old ‘Beasts of No Nation’ star Abraham Attah has just responded to some Ghanaian Radio Personalities who allegedly mocked him for his ascent on stage at the 2016 Independent Spirit Awards.
The three media personalities Jay Foley of Live FM and Multimedia’s Mzgee and Lexis Bill were the most talked about on social media for making fan of the sensational child actor.
The three were accused of making fan of actor Abraham Attah’s acceptance speech over the weekend in America when he won Best actor award at the Independent Spirit Awards.
Abraham took to Instagram to respond to the mockery, saying;
“l know that some of the radio presenters in Ghana are saying I gave a bad speech at the independent spirit awards. They don’t know what happen to me. I thought was not going to win so I decided not to write any speech down. I was so surprise when she mention my name. I didn’t know what to say when I went up there”.
Meanwhile, all three radio personalities Jay Foley of Live Fm, Lexis Bill and MzGee of Joy FM have rendered unqualified apologies to Abraham on different social media platforms accepting that their action was in bad taste.
Abraham Attah was named best male lead at the 31st Film Independent Spirit Awards whiles Idris Elba won best supporting male actor award on the same night.
