Information gathered by NKONKONSA.com indicates that Ghanaian actress of international repute, Habiba Sinare has dragged a social media user to court for defaming her.
According to the writ of summons sighted by our news desk, Habiba, the Plaintiff Habiba Sinare uses the accused herein defendant named Saajida Shiraz as her network vendor and printed information containing her personal and private messages, chats and other issues about her have found their way into the public and suggests Saajida leaked them.
The lawyers of Habiba Sinare indicated in the writ that the unauthorized release of her private chats, messages, and other conversation by Saajida Shiraz is a calculated attempt to tarnish her image and lower her esteem among her peers as an actress.
This, the lawyers also mentioned, opens their client up for defamation and other cyber-attacks.
Due to this, a sum equivalent to 5 million Ghana cedis is being ordered as compensation for the reckless and unprofessional acts by the defendant.
