In an interview on Adom TV’s The Journey, acclaimed gospel vocalist Selina Boateng spoke up about her happy marriage and gave details about her sex life, a topic she formerly kept private.

The gospel singer said in an adomonline.com article how she has changed her mind and now thinks that sex is both a necessary element and a drug for a happy marriage.

“After I got married, I realised sex is medicinal. Even when you have sex after a headache, you realise you feel better,” she said.

She clarified that she views sex as a natural and significant aspect of marital life because it can help relieve discomfort, even after experiencing a headache.

Notwithstanding the potential for criticism from those who might contend that talking about sex is inappropriate for a gospel singer, Boateng thinks that everyone should embrace this God-ordained natural feeling.

The musician previously received criticism for her “TED talk” on marriage, but she is now prepared to speak more openly about her experiences.
