Abrantie Amakye Dede, a well-known senior musician, has explained why he won’t waste his time setting up forums and seminars for the Ghanaian music industry.
“Organizing music fora can be helpful to sustain the Highlife in this country but if you want to do something like that people will discourage you”, he remarked.
He continued “I feel that it would have been helpful to organize the musicians and school them about how to go about things in order to resuscitate the Highlife that we have”.
The “Su Fre Wo Nyame” hitmaker, however, said he won’t attempt to personally do it due to some comments that might not be supportive and agreeable.
