Apostle Dr. Alfred Koduah has beckoned President Nana Akufo-Addo to quickly attach his signature to the anti-gay bill immediately after it has been passed.
The Anti-LGBTQ+ bill which is the talk of the town in Ghana has become popular locally and internationally.
Many Ghanaians do not support the passage of the bill which is why the former General Secretary of the Church of Pentecost wants President Nana Akufo-Addo to approve the bill immediately after it has been passed.
While some Ghanaians wants the bill to be passed quickly, others are also in opposition of it describing it as an infringement on fundamental human right.
Those fighting for the passage of the bill include Bishops and conservatives which is why Apostle Dr. Alfred Koduah is cajoling the President to approve it immediately.
This was his quote;
“I want to see the president appending his signature to this bill as soon as it is passed by Parliament because this is so dear to the heart of Ghanaians. If you look at Ghana from the political angle, you will see that the country is polarized which affects everything in this country but with this particular, you have NPP and NDC all coming together.”
