Viewers of New Day on TV3 may have noticed that for most part of the week, host Bridget Otoo did not join the morning show team.
According to Ameyawdebrah.com, Bridget has been taken off the show over disciplinary issues. Sources say there had been many complains to management regarding her behaviour on and off set, from guests and colleagues alike. Rumour has it that her relationship with co-host Moon Sangmoor had soured so much that the rivalry was even obvious during the live shows.
It is not clear when Bridget would return on show but she is currently on leave according to sources.
Bridget Otoo who is a former presenter of You and the Police holds a degree in Communication Studies from the Ghana Institute of Journalism in Accra and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurial Management at the University of Ghana, Legon.
She was the senior girls prefect of Bompeh Secondary Technical School in Takoradi and was nicknamed ‘The Headmistress’ because she was very eloquent, very upfront with her views and was able to stand up to teachers as other students succumbed. Bridget is also a good swimmer.
