BULLDOG DRAGS SHATTA WALE TO COURT FOR ACCUSING HIM OF ‘MASTERMINDING’ FENNEC OKYERE’S MURDER

The chief executive officer of Bullhaus Entertainment, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson popularly called Bulldog has slapped his former artiste, Shatta Wale with a lawsuit for defamation.

This comes after Shatta Wale born Charles Nii Armah Mensah subtly claimed that Bulldog had a hand in the death of Kwaw Kese’ late manager, who was murdered in cold blood several years ago.

In a social media post on Wednesday, November 2, the ‘My Level’ hitmaker wrote, “Bull Dog, since you are bringing out secrets, you will tell Ghanaians what happen to Fenicks (sic) Murder!! And I am not joking about this time!!”

“I am ready to tell the court about what you told me about you and your men and how you planned that foolish act, get ready. This Akufo-Addo won’t give you a murderer (sic) chance to be on our streets!!! Watch how this ends!!! You can’t fight time!!!”

Bulldog’s attorneys stated in court filings submitted to an Accra High Court that these claims aim to imply that he planned, carried out, or assisted in Mr. Okyere’s death.

They said that the police have begun a new inquiry into the death of Mr. Okyere as a result of these statements.

Bulldog’s team, however, is adamant that these claims are untrue, nasty, and only serve to tarnish the artiste management.

Additionally, the attorneys listed additional statements made by Shatta Wale that they also consider to be defamatory.

They added that Shatta Wale’s claims also meant “that the Plaintiff is a criminal gangster and a danger to society and ought to be in jail (rather than walk freely in the streets).”

Also, “that his (the Defendant’s) claims in the publication are factual, truthful, and must be taken seriously by the public and law enforcement authorities.”
