Some well-meaning Ghanaians have seemingly made an unfortunate observation about the newly elected Mahama administration vis-a-vis its relations with the state broadcaster, GBC.
Notably, this follows an allegation of “preferential access” granted by the government to a privately owned pro-NDC TV station after realizing that this particular channel-Woezor TV-follows the president everywhere unlike GBC.
Other observations include that of Woezor TV being tagged to all broadcasts from the official social media handles of the Presidency.
Ghanaian media personality, Olele Salvador raised some concerns about the snub of the state broadcaster, GBC to a private-owned media outlet, Woezor TV in a video that has sparked a heated debate on the internet.
