Ghanaian Gospel musician, Diana Asamoah, has reacted to the letter by her executive producer, Mr. Anane Frimpron, the Chief Executive Officer of Frimprince Music Production stating the termination of their contract.
As we earlier reported, according to the termination of contract letter signed by Mr. Frimpong, the decision of Frimprince Music Productions to end their working relationship with Diana Asamoah is because she had breached a few verbal agreements.
The production house in the termination contract spelled out certain terms Evangelist Diana Asamoah should obey religiously if she does want any legal tussle.
They stated that they have absolute rights over all songs that were produced under the production.
Replying to Frimprince Production in a letter issued by Ma Bo Wo Din Ltd. Evangelist Diana Asamoah stated her acceptance of the termination of the contract.
She expressed gratitude to Mr. Anane Frimpong for all the good works he has done for him and is appreciative of his strivers and efforts while praying for God’s blessings and that he will restore in abundance all that he has invested to push the work of God.
However in reference to the conclusive part of their letter, Diana Asamoah pleaded to differ any future issues with regards to her using the songs, remaking or remixing them should kindly be channeled to Pastor Simon Boama the writer and author of the songs.
