A gory accident which occurred on the Accra-Kumasi road near Tantra Hills on Thursday morning has claimed the life of an individual, according to reports circulating on social media.
One of the victims said to be a female, lost her right arm and was quickly rushed to the hospital for medical attention.
According to X user, @Official_BigJay, bystanders assisted in dismantling the mangled Benz C300 to rescue a trapped driver who is said to have passed on before the police arrived at the scene.
The cause of the unfortunate incident has been attributed to a long vehicle that had broken down and was parked in the middle of the highway without any hazard signs indicating its condition.
