According to Asantewaa, the opportunity provided by the Guinness World Record offers her the potential to take Ghanaian music and tourism to new heights, and she is confident that she will not only tie the current record but break it altogether.
Since it was established in 2012, the record, which stands at 105 hours, has seemed unbreakable, but Afua Asantewaa Aduonum is confident that she can surpass it at 117 hours.

The love shown me actually urges me more but equally makes me realize that I really need to this regardless of the challenges ahead. It is welcomed and I really appreciate the love. I will urge Ghanaians to continue to pray and support me,” she said.
