Veteran Ghanaian actor, William Addo, popularly known as Akpatse has been in much need over the years as he finds it difficult to cater for himself and pay his light bills.
Mr. Addo had his light disconnected by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) for his inability to pay his bill of over GHS5,000
In an interview with Citi News, Akpatse who is now visually impaired has relocated to his hometown Tefle in the Volta Region.
In the interview, Wiliam spoke about his latter-life crisis which includes periodic ailments which have blown away all his savings. According to him, he has used all his life savings to treat illnesses and to get his deteriorating vision back.
Akpatse intimated that he has gone thrown a thick and thin afterlife as an actor and now, he has to deal with severe challenges which he has no money to solve.
He appealed to the public to look in his direction and just like Psalm Adjetefio, come to his aid as soon as possible.
