TV and Radio Presenter Afia Schwarzenegger has finally responded to wild rumours that she is leaving her current employers, Kasapa FM under the EIB Network to another radio station.
Nkonkonsa.com caught up with the ‘Kokooko’ hostess at the Kotoka International airport on Christmas Eve on her way to spend Christmas in South Africa. She denied the rumours adding that she is on leave and will definitely return to her “Aban Wo ha” mid-morning show on Kasapa 102.3 FM.
“I have not left Kasapa FM; I have no intention of leaving I am still with Kasapa. I still work for EIB”, Afia stated emphatically adding that “I am on way to spend Christmas with my family in South Africa and I will be back on air on Kasapa 102.3 FM on Monday January 11, 2016”.
According to the story first reported by Ameyawdebrah.com,there are strong indications that she could be going to the Despite Group since the group who reportedly gave her new BMW car but Afia also denied that reports. “The only radio station that has bought a car for me is Kasapa FM. That is a Toyota Highlander and I still have it. I bought the new BMW X6 with my own money”
Even though she refused to mention any name, Afia admitted to Nkonkonsa.com that some radio stations have made attempts to poach her but nothing has changed. “I can’t just leave something I have started building. Aben wo ha is my baby”.
