Dancehall musician, Stonebwoy has looked back on his notable accomplishments in the music sector as he continues to aspire for more in the future.
At the 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards Industry Mixer on Saturday, July 13, 2024, Stonebwoy talked about his music journey, mentioning that he has achieved a lot but still has fifty more years to achieve his goals.
“I am yet to work with Appietus in my career, so I have fifty more years to go. Nothing has happened yet,” he retorted.
“If I am here to work with Appietus, you can just imagine,” he remarked, acknowledging the contributions of music producers such as Fredima, Mix Master Garzy, and Appietus,” he added.
Organized by Charterhouse Ghana, the gathering brought together key executives and stakeholders from Ghana’s creative industry, such as record producers, copyright and music rights organizations, musicians, and creative entrepreneurs.
Stonebwoy was presented with multiple official TGMA plaques in recognition of his exceptional performance at the ceremony.
Accepting the awards, Stonebwoy expressed gratitude to the industry for their support of the Ghana Music Awards, stating, “This is the only one we have. For me, if I have to work 100 times harder and win what is deserved 100 times, I think it’s the right way for Ghana music.”
