Self-acclaimed dancehall king, Shatta Wale asserts that it would be inappropriate for him to disparage his colleague, Sarkodie.
Remember how Sarkodie attacked the dancehall enigma for constantly demeaning him on each platform he could by singing a song called “Advice”?
Finally speaking, Shatta Wale said that the rapper didn’t need to waste time or money disrespecting him on a new song.
He said that Sarkodie could have made as much fun of him as he wanted, but only if he had offended him or done anything for which making fun of him would have been the best course of action.
In an interview that Ghpage.com saw on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, Shatta Wale clarified that he was merely stating that the rapper was broke and had never made fun of him.
“If I say you are broke, I have not dissed you. You don’t have to do a diss track to the diss Lord. When I heard that, I was like I only said you are broke so you don’t have to do a song for me”, Shatta Wale said.
