Despite her previous statements on United Showbiz, where she implied that she is the sole owner of the restaurant she often showcases on social media, Efia Odo has revealed that she actually has a 40% ownership stake in it.
She has provided online documents as evidence to support her assertion of ownership in the company.
Efia Odo’s post is a response to speculations that she was fired from her ‘managerial’ role by the actual owner of the restaurant.
There have been many rumors suggesting that Kobby Sarpong, the owner of Ridge Condos in Kumasi, is actually the rightful owner of the restaurant.
According to reports, there is a disagreement between the restaurant’s owner and Efia Odo, causing Mr. Sarpong to assume control of the business operations, including social media marketing.
Mr. Sarpong has set up fresh social media profiles for the restaurant and advised followers to unfollow the previous accounts managed by Efia Odo.
These new occurrences have increased the rumors that Efia Odo may have been fired from her position.
However, in response, the socialite has taken to social media to clarify her position, posting some documents with the caption: “My 40% ownership of Eats Avenue Restaurant is very factual and backed by law. I don’t necessarily need to be at the helm of affairs as a proud legal owner. If in doubt, kindly refer to Reg. No. CS033890324 & TIN: C0063837021 on the Ghana Register of Companies records. Thank you.”
Not long after that, she returned to social media to proclaim that she is no longer connected to the restaurant.
