Nana Kwame Bediako Cheddar, the owner of Wonda World Estates and Petronia City Development Company Ltd, claims he began his real estate business with merely a piece of land.
Information gathered revealed that Cheddar, also known as Freedom Caesar, is the nephew of successful petroleum and real estate investor Kwaku Ofosu Bediako and the son of Ghanaian business magnate and real estate magnate Nana Kwame Bediako.
Cheddar is renowned for his wealth and charitable endeavors. Many individuals have questioned where he got his money from and how he got started. During a presentation at the Ghana CEO Summit conference, Cheddar discussed his experiences as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Cheddar shared his experience, saying that he got the notion to get into real estate when he was able to construct two homes on only one piece of property.
He revealed that’s how his project, “Kwarleyz Residence,” got started.
Cheddar gave advice to Ghana’s young, saying that hard work and determination can help one realize their dreams and aspirations.
One of the richest individuals in Ghana, Cheddar owns 40 apartments at the Kwarleyz home in the Airport Residential Area, and it’s one of the most well-known.
