Sammy Flex, the manager of Dancehall artist Shatta Wale, expressed his displeasure with allegations that certain individuals in the industry conspired to hinder Wale’s career.
In a video that surfaced online last weekend, media personality Sally Mann alleged that she and several industry professionals held a meeting to undermine the singer and instead promote Stonebwoy’s career.
Reacting to the allegations, Sammy Flex expressed shock and questioned what significant his artist may have committed to warrant such action against him.
Sammy Flex noted that this revelation places the industry in a precarious position, as such actions may not only affect Shatta Wale but also his team members with whom he collaborates.
“To be frank when I heard the matter I was disappointed and asked myself what at all could he have done against someone and they want to shame him and make sure anything he does, he won’t succeed,” Sammy Flex said on Onua FM on November 16.
Sammy Flex further revealed that he has ended friendships with certain industry professionals due to disagreements over their critiques of the ‘Dancehall King.’
Stonebwoy has not yet responded to the allegations made by Sally Mann.
