Ghanaian actress Christiana Awuni has given marriage-minded local women the advice to always seek for wealthy partners.
During an interview with Kofi Adomah, the well-known actress adamantly stated that women should never, under any circumstances, entertain the thought of marrying a poor man.
Christiana Awuni gave an explanation of her point of view by stating that most males, who are frequently impoverished, begin to develop an aversion to particular women as they begin to become wealthy.
This implies that if you are a woman who chooses to stay with such a man while he is poor in the hopes that you two are creating a future together, this man may leave you once he starts to get money because his preference for women will probably change.
Christiana Awuni was eager to clarify that when she uses the term “rich man,” she does not necessarily imply a person with millions of cedis in their bank account.
She continued that she is rather referring to any man who at least has a respectable job that earns him an income, a man who has a nice place to stay, and a man who can at least meet the lady’s basic needs.
