Audrey Maame Esi Swatson, a young trailblazer from Saltpond, Ghana, has made history as the country’s youngest female commercial pilot.
With an early passion for aviation, Audrey pursued her dream by enrolling at Mach1 Aviation Academy in South Africa at just 18 years old. By the age of 21, she had accumulated 210 flying hours and earned her Commercial Pilot License.

Beyond flying, Audrey is committed to inspiring the next generation of aviators. She founded Excel Aviation Company, a training and mentorship platform aimed at nurturing young talents interested in the aviation industry.
Her remarkable contributions to the sector earned her the Female Young Achiever Award at the Exclusive Men of the Year Africa Awards in 2022, solidifying her status as one of Africa’s most inspiring aviation figures.
