Paul Okoye one half of multi-talented Nigerian duo P-Square has finally reacted after his twin brother Peter Okoye raved on twitter that he wants their elder brother Jude Okoye out of the team.
To Paul, “family is family” and “blood is blood“, thus Jude cannot be forced out of the team.
Peter Okoye, in the evening of Tuesday February 16, took to Twitter and stated that he wants his older brother Jude Okoye fired from managing P-Square.
In a series of tweets from the 34-year-old he ranted against his older brother and manager Jude Okoye while remaining loyal to his brother and singing partner Paul Okoye.
The relationship between the brothers Peter Okoye and Jude Okoye has broken down to the extent that the singer tweeted a disclaimer stating that whoever conducts business with North Side Entertainment on behalf of P-square does so at his or her own risk.
Peter was categorical though that P-Square as a group is still intact, but wants nothing to do with “Family Business”; in the person of Jude.
“I stand here to defend Psquare 100% And for those that will start saying Psquare is breaking up. We are not. Just that the management needs to go. I stand here 100% for my brother Paul and P-Square but not with our so called management. #period I have regretted a lot of things in my life… But trust me this is not one of them. #NoMoreFamilyBusiness”, Peter tweeted.
However, Paul, in a sharp riposte on Instagram, sided with their manager and elder brother Jude. This is what Paul in his reaction said;
“This is where I belong and this is where I stand…….you do music in the studio, not on social media, you have family issues, you discuss that in closed doors, not on social media ….. Family is family, blood is blood …. If you don’t do family business, then who am I to you?”, Paul posted this on Instagram with an old picture of the three of them and he cut off Peter from the picture and replaced it with the picture a music recording studio.
Jude has also in his reaction asked Peter to be prayerful
“My brother Please be prayerful. Only God can rescue u”
