Ghanaian actress and producer Kafui Danku has vehemently refuted rumors linking her to involvement in pimping activities.
During an interview with Doreen Avio, Danku revealed her surprise regarding the accusations, mentioning how she frequently comes across unexpected and false information about herself.
“I have never heard this before. Oh, how, Doreen, you know me. I have never heard this, honestly. I wouldn’t be too surprised if it was a Kokonsa group. There have been so many things I have heard about myself that surprise me,” she said.
“I want to believe this is one of those pull-her-down talks or just something to put dirt on her talks and all that but I have never heard that before.
Danku characterized the rumors as part of the “pull her down” syndrome, alluding to an earlier erroneous article that alleged she had rejected someone.
“At a point, someone sent me a screenshot of an article saying that I was once married to a doctor in Atlanta and I jilted him and ran to Ghana. At that time, I had never been to Atlanta,” she added.
