Cynthia Mamle Morrison, the ex-Member of Parliament for the Agona West constituency from the New Patriotic Party (NPP), states that she won’t abandon her husband simply due to his infidelity.
During an interview with Joy News, Morrison stated that even if she were to find her husband in bed with another woman, the thought of leaving him would never occur to her.
Morrison stated she will retrieve him from his infidelity and take him back home.
The ex-Minister for Gender, Children, and Social Protection from the previous NPP administration stated that if she were to leave her husband for another man, there is a chance that this new partner could be worse than her existing one.
She stated that in such circumstances, it’s wiser to stay with the ‘devil’ you are familiar with.
“Even if you come and tell me you saw my husband with a girl, I will not leave him,” Morrison said. “Even if I go and see him on a lady, I will just pick him up and we’ll come home. Oh yes! From there, I don’t know the next man I’m going to meet; he might be worse than my husband. So whatever you have, you polish it,” she said.
