I SUPPORT WHATEVER SHATTA WALE SAID ABOUT STONEBWOY – FIPAG P.R.O

The Public Relations Officer for the Film Producers Association of Ghana (FIPAG), Mawule Ekpe Peter, popularly called Abro has joined the current debate about Dancehall artists Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale.

He believes that Shatta Wale’s verbal abuse of Stonebwoy is justified because the latter deserves it.

Recall that during April 12, 2024, 3Music Sallahfest concert, there were rumors circulating that Stonebowy had been scheduled to perform, but he chose not to go because he did not want to share the stage with Shatta Wale.

Hundreds of obscenities were thrown at Stonebwoy on Facebook Live by an enraged Shatta Wale, who ridiculed his condition despite the rumours not being verified.

But when discussing the matter in a recent live studio conversation on Angel FM, a station in Kumasi, monitored by ghanaweb, Abro defended Shatta Wale’s remarks against Stonebwoy.

He claimed that because Stonebwoy has a habit of disrespecting Shattuck Wale whenever possible, the rapper was only responding with a clap in return.

“I support whatever Shatta said about Stonebwoy, it was disrespectful for him to say he would not go to the show because Shatta was there. I was happy when Shatta said what he said, I would have popped champagne if I had one.

“Shatta Wale is someone’s son, he is someone’s father. Why is it that if someone insults Shatta in English, nobody will comment, but if Shatta Wale replies, everyone will hear it?”

Abro went on to restate Shatta Wale’s assertions that there was a plot by the media, particularly entertainment networks, to ruin his career.

“Whatever he said is true; many channels have turned their backs on Shatta and are rather supporting Stonebwoy,” he said.
