Two thieves who were caught outsmarting people in broad daylight had the toughest to face as they were instructed to distill dirty gutters in the area.
The thieves found themselves in a tight corner of residents who caught them stealing and to serve as a deterrent for others, they made them clean the dirty gutters in the area they were caught.
Instead of handing them to the police, the residents opted to deal with the thieves in their way and what they were made to do seemed to be more difficult than even jailing them.
