WHY BUILD A 500-BED CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL IN ACCRA – Serwaa Amihere Questions Mahama

Radio and Television personality, Serwaa Amihere has questioned the brain behind John Dramani Mahama’s decision to site a children’s Hospital in Accra.

She is of the view that Accra is congested, so governments should think of relocating certain projects out of the capital.

Her comments come on the back of John Dramani Mahama’s promise to build a 500-bed children’s hospital.

Serwaa Amihere suggested Kintampo for the project.

Her tweet read “The NDC manifesto has a laudable idea of building a 500 bed children’s hospital. However, why should it be in Accra? We keep saying Accra is congested and we need to open up other places so why not build such a national edifice in another place outside Accra? Maybe the center of Ghana which is Kintampo? Any other places in mind? #GHToday“.
