YES, I’M A PROUD UBER DRIVER AND I WORK FOR MYSELF IN AMERICA — Afia Schwarzenegger Responds To Critics

Afia Schwarzenegger has reacted to allegations from her main competitor, writer and attorney Chris Vincent Agyapong, who disclosed that she works as an Uber/Lyft driver in the United States.

The disclosure triggered a flurry of responses from both fans and the media, leading Afia to tackle the issue directly.

In a video recording, Afia verified that she actually serves as a driver for Uber.

Afia noted that she had discretely referenced this decision in her earlier social media updates, suggesting that if her driver’s license permitted, she would consider working as an Uber driver.

Yes, it’s true. I’m an Uber driver in the United States.”

“I’ve been getting so many messages, and people are acting like this is some huge revelation. But honestly, I don’t know why it’s such a big deal,” Afia said, clearly unbothered by the attention.

“I’ve been saying this for a while now—if my driver’s license qualifies me to drive for Uber, then why not? It’s a legit job,” she explained, downplaying the significance of Agyapong’s revelation.

The actress continued to justify her choice, stating that numerous Americans or immigrants may dismiss this kind of work, yet she views it as a wise and profitable option.

“It takes intelligence to do this work. A lot of people, especially immigrants, might not want to do it, but for me, it’s a business opportunity. I’m making money, and I’m independent,” she proudly stated.

“To those who criticize me and wish for my downfall, I say this: I’m doing just fine. I’m independent, and I’m financially successful. My hustle is real,” she declared.
