NKONKONSA.com can confirm that one Broadcast Journalist by name Nii Armah Amarteifio – one of the close guys to Black Star player, Asamoah Gyan, whom the latter sent to kill his alleged rape/sodomy story, has been sacked from the media house he worked for.
Daily Guide broke a story in June in which the paper reported that one Sarah Kwablah, a girlfriend to Asamoah Gyan, is threatening to release an alleged sex video involving herself and Asamoah – in which Asamoah allegedly raped and sodomized her.
After the publication, online news portal GHBase.com, did a thorough follow-up on the story, uncovered, and published a number of jaw-breaking exclusives on the story.
Whilst doing their legal work, one Nii Armah Amarteifio, called the Editor of the GHBase.com and told him Asamoah Gyan has asked him to contact the site and see how best the story can be killed – and that, Asamoah Gyan is ready to negotiate on the evidences (video and audios) the site has for publication.
Nii’s Facebook profile indicates that he works with Osu based radio station Radio XYZ as a broadcaster and a producer. Nkonkonsa.com therefore did a check from Radio XYZ and our finding is that, Nii Armah Amarteifio has been sacked from the station.
“He’s not working with radio xyz now” a close source disclosed to Nkonkonsa.com. Asked why Nii was sacked, the source made it clear that it’s a management decision.
As to whether his sacking has anything to do with his involvement in this whole Asamoah-Gyan-Sarah-Kwablah scandal, only the obvious can tell.
