CCTV video footage has shown the sequence of events leading to the East Legon accident.
In the viral video, a Jaguar speeding crashes into an Acura car.
Two individuals lost their lives in the accident on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
Alex King Nartey, an Assistant Division Officer with the Public Affairs Department of the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), verified that the individuals who died were inside the Acura car.
In the meantime, it is reported that the driver of the Jaguar is believed to be the son of a prominent religious leader in Ghana.
It is claimed that he drove his mother’s Jaguar at high speeds, which he typically does, causing him to lose control of the car.
