“IF YOU INSULT ME AGAIN, I WILL CURSE YOU” – Prophet Opambuor Warns Vim Lady

In a recently trending video, Ghanaian prophet Ebenezer Opambour Yiadom, popularly referred to as Prophet 1, issued a serious caution to broadcast journalist Afia Pokua, known as Vim Lady, after she called him “shallow-minded.”

Opambour, recognized for his provocative remarks, proclaimed that should Vim Lady offend him once more, he would impose an unalterable curse on her.

The strain started when Opambour raised questions about the Ghana Card’s intent during a fellowship service with former President John Dramani Mahama.
“Can the Ghana Card give us free cars?”, he asked.

In reply, Vim Lady condemned Opambour’s statements, labeling him as “shallow-minded” and emphasizing the importance of national identity cards for progress in other countries.

Opambour’s reaction was quick and forceful. “If I have not insulted her and she chooses to insult me, I will curse her and do as I please with her, including her unborn children,” he warned. He also set a Sunday deadline for Vim Lady to stop speaking about him.

This heated interaction has ignited a discussion regarding the involvement of religious leaders in public debates and the suitability of such threats.
