I HAVE SUPPORTED NDC WITH MY OWN MONEY BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANYTHING FROM THEM — MzBel Cries Out
According to the "16 years" hitmaker, she hasn't been given chance to even perform at their events
Ghanaian musician and sympathizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Belinda Amoah, popularly referred to as MzBel, has lamented over being snubbed by the political party despite her efforts in campaigning for the party over the years.
Speaking to Nana Romeo on the Atuu show, which aired on UTV, MzBel indicated that she has financially contributed to the party, but she is not appreciated for her contribution.
The ‘Sixteen Years’ hitmaker suggested that she has repeatedly lobbied to perform at NDC’s events, but she has been unsuccessful.
“I have supported the NDC with my own money, but haven’t received anything from them, not even a chance to perform at their events, even if I lobbied for it.” she said.
