Popular comedian, Nana Yaw Oduro Boateng, also known as Funny Face, has opened up on his past struggles in life prior to attaining his current fame.
Speaking on Daybreak Hitz on Hitz FM, the “Cow and Chicken” actor told Andy Dosty that he went through hell just so he could become a star.
He recalled how he sold chamber pots to make ends meet, adding that he once walked from Kwame Nkrumah Circle to Adom FM’s Studio to speak on a one-minute joke segment.
“I have sold chamber pot before. I walked for two years from [Kwame Nkrumah] Circle to Tema to give a minute’s joke on the radio [Adom FM]”, he told Andy.
Asked to give a motivational message to people who may be considering giving up in life, Funny Face said: “they should master the courage because after the storm comes the calm”.
He added that anytime he listens to Dancehall artiste, Stonebwoy’s “Tomorrow” song, it reminds him of his past.
