“GHANA IS PROUD OF YOU” – Information Minister Congratulates Shatta Wale For Beyonce Collabo

Ghana’s minister of information, Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has also spoken following the release of the much-anticipated Already video of Beyonce which features Shatta Wale.

The top statesman took to his official Twitter handle to heap praises on Shatta Wale and also extended the nation’s appreciation to him for putting Ghana on the map.
Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, after sharing the iconic photo of Shatta Wale and Beyonce doing the ‘SM4Lyf’ sign following the video shoot, captioned it: “Congratulations @shattawalegh. You’ve made Ghana proud.”
The message which is synonymous to be coming from the seat of government, has been received very well by Ghanaians as many thousands have reacted to it positively.
Shatta Wale, as the ALready video clearly showed, took Ghana with him as he carried a flag of the West African nation with him had and had it waved around.
It is likely one of the reasons that many Ghanaians and Africans alike have heaped massive praise on the ‘Mahama Paper’ man. This however is not the first time that a member of government has had an interaction about Shatta Wale.
It would be recalled that in 2017, President Nana Akufo-Addo himself wished Shatta Wale a happy birthday on social media. Following the birthday wish, Shatta Wale made a grand entry into the Flagstaff House following an invitation from the president.
Shatta Wale has taken over the media space in the past 24 hours following his massive collaboration with multiple award-winning American songwriter, singer and actress, Beyonce Knowles-Carter known simply as Beyonce.
The Already music video which was released on July 31, 2020 has already racked up massive viewing as it has crossed the 2 million mark on YouTube in just over 24 hours.
