New reports gathered indicates that embattled Ghanaian musician and socialite, Hajia4Reall begged the US court to relax her bail restrictions so she could roam about freely.
The socialite’s bail conditions apparently include not leaving the New Jersey condo where she is presently staying. She thus has a GPS tracker attached to her ankle.
She asks the Court to relax the terms in court documents that were broadcast by KofiTV on the grounds that she has been acting well. Her daughter, who is currently living with her in the US, served as another justification for her request.
She claimed that her daughter’s inability to roam around is having an impact on her and that the 9-year-old is starting to feel like a prisoner.
She reportedly said that her child will start elementary school shortly and that she wants to give her a number of treats before she starts.
Hajia has begged the court to let her take her daughter shopping, to amusement parks, and other activities. She asked the judge to give her permission to travel through areas of New York City and her New Jersey neighborhood.
The socialite said that if the court had any qualms at all, the tracking gadget on her ankle would be sufficient to keep an eye on her whereabouts.
“She said she’d be happy if she is permitted to move around New York, particularly, the South East areas. and even move around New Jersey where she is currently based. She said in UK, she was given some time from 6am to 6pm to move around. But currently in the US, she has been confined. So in this case, she wants to be allocated same time,” KofiTV reported.
