NO NEED TO GO TO NIGERIA TO PROMOTE SONGS, WE CAN USE TIKTOK – Bullgod

Ghanaian artiste manager and entertainment critic, Lawrence Nana Asiamah Hanson, also known as Bullgod has disregarded recommendations that Ghanaian musicians should promote their music in Nigeria in order to become more popular there.

In an interview with Hitz FM on November 20, Nigerian entertainment blogger and media personality Adesope Olajide made this idea, stating that Ghanaian musicians make it a routine to travel to Nigeria to promote their songs in Nigerian media outlets.

Adesope claims that by raising awareness of these musicians among the general public, this will make it easier for them to enter the Nigerian market.

He claims there are a ton of digital alternatives available, a lot of which were made possible by the most current COVID-19 outbreak.

He continued by saying that it would be preferable for Ghanaian musicians to use TikTok and other social media platforms to promote their music.

“If the sun in Ghana is hot, the sun in Nigeria is also hot. Everything is digital. Even on this show, we don’t have to be here. If we say we want to do this show, we don’t even have to come here. All of us. Your channel can run normally; we can be in our bedrooms and be online and people will still listen to us. Corona taught us that.

“There is no need to go to Lagos, we do not have the time. We should rather go to the office of TikTok and market our songs there,” he said.
