EDUCATION HAS BEEN A PRIORITY FOR NPP’S GOVERNMENT – First Lady of Ghana, Mrs. Rebecca Akufo-Addo

First Lady, Rebecca Akufo-Addo has expressed that ensuring access to education for all students in Ghana is a key focus of the NPP government.

Rebecca Akufo-Addo stated that this is clearly seen in the rise in school attendance numbers.

During the commissioning of the Independence Avenue Cluster of Schools in Accra, the First Lady expressed that the government has established a strong base for the country’s rapid development.

The NPP government prioritizes education for all Ghanaian children across all levels. This has resulted in greater school access and educational outcomes in the majority of public schools.

“Education is perhaps the most critical component to our development as a nation.

“It ensures we have the human resources to engage in all aspects of our national development. As we ensure that all Ghanaian children receive quality education, we are laying a solid foundation for the accelerated growth of Ghana.”
