Radio host, Okatakyie Afrifa Mensah advised Ghanaians not to attribute the accident with Prophet Elisha Salifu Amoako’s son to the devil.
Instead, the accident should be attributed to careless parenting and reckless upbringing by his parents.
Okatakyie Afrifa thinks it is important for people, particularly men of God, to take accountability for their disobedient children instead of shifting the blame to the devil.
“I know they will come and say it is the devil that is attacking Salifu Amoako through his son but the reality is that it is not true. No devil is attacking anyone. It is a result of bad parenting and irresponsible upbringing that has led us here.
It is just like Duncan Williams’ son. This guy smokes weed and instead of putting him in his place, Christians are of the view that it is the devil that is attacking his family because of the work he does,” he said.
Salifu Amoako collided his Jaguar SUV with an Acura in East Legon on Saturday, October 12, 2024, resulting in the fatalities of two 12-year-old kids.
The police report shows that two of the crash victims have been treated and released, while one is currently fighting for their life.
The suspect driver’s parents have been taken into custody to help with the police inquiry.
