During an insightful chat on Akoto Mansa’s YouTube show, Asetena Pa, Ghanaian doctor Kwasi Baffour Gyimah highlighted an important topic about men’s sexual health, pointing out that men who cheat are often the ones who try to show their sexual abilities in bed.
This mistaken pressure can result in hazardous actions that put their safety at risk.
Dr. Gyimah warned about the great measures some men are prepared to take in order to please their partners.
“Your health should come first.”
He observed that men who participate in affairs outside of their marriage frequently feel the need to demonstrate their sexual prowess, putting themselves at risk of serious health consequences.
“These individuals are more likely to push themselves to extremes during intimate encounters, which can result in tragic health consequences,” he explained.
This observation highlights the emotional dynamics involved. Married men may feel secure, leading to a more laid-back attitude towards intimacy, while individuals looking for validation elsewhere may partake in risky behaviors.
Interestingly, Dr. Gyimah contrasted this with the experiences of married men. He remarked, “We rarely hear of men suffering fatal incidents while with their spouses, unlike those who engage in risky behaviour in hotels with their mistresses.”
The conversation also addressed the use of aphrodisiacs, a subject that has caught the interest of men looking to improve their performance.
“While using these substances can be acceptable if prescribed by a qualified doctor, many men often purchase unregulated aphrodisiacs mixed with alcohol.”Dr. Gyimah clarified.
He pointed out that there is a certain aphrodisiac designed for those with heart issues, as it helps to enhance blood flow.
