Well-known relationship expert, Charlotte Oduro, has finally addressed her highly publicized divorce, stating that she now experiences a fresh sense of liberation.
In a private discussion with Oheneyere Gifty Anti on The Standpoint Show on GTV, she revealed that, for the first time ever, she feels liberated to love and pursue new relationships.
Responding to the persistent public attention regarding her divorce, Counsellor Oduro acknowledged that the experience has been challenging, yet she has opted to welcome this new chapter in her life with a positive outlook.
She revealed that her children have also urged her to socialize, enjoy herself, and connect with new people, strengthening her conviction that life continues after divorce.
“My 18-year-old son has been telling me to stop worrying about them and go out and have fun. My kids are wonderful. They recently asked me if I had friends or people I hang out with, when I couldn’t give them an answer, they asked me to stop stressing and focus on my life. Serving God doesn’t mean we should look like villagers. This experience has taught me a lot.” She stated.
Her comments follow heated discussions and criticisms regarding her earlier guidance to women about marriage and relationships.
Numerous people have criticized her for encouraging women to tolerate challenging marriages, turning her own divorce into a topic of public discussion.
Regardless of this, she asserts that she is committed to progressing and finding joy on her own terms.
