The exiting Executive Secretary of the National Film Authority (NFA), Juliet Asante, has requested that the government provide her with an official termination letter.
Her request stems from the recent appointments of actress Kafui Danku as Executive Secretary and actor James Gardiner as Deputy Executive Secretary.
In a Facebook update, Juliet voiced her worries about not receiving formal notification concerning her removal, emphasizing that common courtesy requires an official letter prior to the announcement of her successors.
Part of what she wrote reads;
“And while you are at it, please send me my lay-off letter. It is only respectful to both CEOs to ask the sitting to go in writing before appointing another… or isn’t it?”
